Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Car Dealership)
Location: Erdington, Birmingham, B24
Salary: Between £26,000 & £29,000 Depending on Experience + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday - No Weekends.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our client's Erdington based Accounts team in the role of a Accounts Assistant.
What Will You Be Doing?
Our client is looking for applicants who are AAT Qualified or studying later stages and have had use of Microsoft Office suit (e.g Excel, Word, Outlook.) You'll have strong administrative skills and high attention to detail whilst handling sensitive and confidential information. With previous accounts experience as well as being numerate and literate.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
* You'll assist in the management and control of all aspects of vehicle financial affairs.
* You'll help maximise cash flow and return capital and ensure the Finance team work efficiently within approved guidelines.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Do you have the ability to meet deadlines?
Do you have Excel intermediate knowledge?
Do you have previous Motor Trade accounts experience?
Do you have at least 2 years experience in a similar role?
Do you have experience working with large volumes of data?
Do you feel confident in communicating with colleagues outside of your direct team?
Can you demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team?
