They are currently seeking a motivated and professional Sales Valuer to strengthen their dynamic team. As a Sales Valuer, your role would involve:
* Identify and value properties for sale, providing accurate and competitive appraisals
* Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to secure listings
* Negotiate offers and assist clients through the sales process
* Conduct property viewings and market the properties effectively
* Maintain detailed records and manage your pipeline efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
About you:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' estate agency experience and proven valuing expertise. You should demonstrate the ability to close for business confidently, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hold a full UK driving licence. A proactive, client-focused attitude will be key to your success in this role. Having a good understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous, but not essential.

* £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
