What you'll do:
* Lead the charge: Oversee and implement our data protection strategy, ensuring compliance with GDPR, DPA 2018, and other relevant regulations.
* Protect our customers: Conduct regular data protection audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to our customers' data.
* Empower our team: Develop and deliver comprehensive data protection training programs to raise awareness and foster a culture of data privacy.
* Collaborate with experts: Work closely with our IT, marketing, and legal teams to ensure data protection is integrated into every aspect of our business.
* Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor emerging data protection trends and adapt our practices to stay compliant and competitive.
What you'll need:
* Deep expertise: A strong understanding of applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and DPA 2018.

* A relevant qualification: A certification like CIPP/E or CIDP is a plus.
