* Home Care Assistant
* Based in Wragby
* Hours: 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm
* Areas Covered: Market Rasen, Wragby and surrounding areas.
* No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
* A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
