The Pavilion Chef must have a keen interest in seasonal, fresh, and forward-thinking food, alongside a hands-on positive, ‘can do’ attitude. The roll will require the right person to support the Head Chef across all areas of the kitchen (purchasing, menu development, ensuring high quality consistent food offering, always ensuring hygiene and safety compliance etc.). The role requires someone who is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their and their departments performance and appearance.
Must hold a licence to work in Jersey and speak fluent English
