What you'll be doing:
* Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies (FRS 102a and FRS 105)
* Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and LLPs
* Completing corporate, personal and partnership tax returns
* Preparing VAT returns and assisting with ad hoc bookkeeping
* Producing management accounts (experience in this area would be an advantage)
What we're looking for:
* Strong IT skills including Excel and cloud-based platforms such as Xero and Sage
* Experience using accountancy and taxation software
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working closely with clients
