The Role:
Supporting learning across KS1 in a nurturing and structured environment
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
Providing targeted support for individuals and small groups
Supporting early literacy, phonics, numeracy, and social development
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent, recent KS1 experience (essential)
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early childhood development
Calm, patient, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting young learners
Confident working as part of a collaborative school team
Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
