Responsibilities
The opportunity: As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your Regus centre. You’ll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Manage the smooth running of the Regus centre and motivate the team to deliver service excellence.
* Promote Regus products and services to new and existing customers.
* Welcome guests, assist with meetings, set up facilities, and help configure Wi‑Fi and AV for presentations.
* Coordinate move-ins for large clients (e.g., a whole floor), including welcome kits, badges and keys.
* Engage with members during visits and tours, highlighting Regus membership benefits and networking opportunities.
* Host monthly operations meetings for Community Managers within your local cluster and with the regional Operations Manager.
A typical day at Regus
A day at Regus typically starts with a team briefing over coffee to plan the day and ensure preparation across the centre. You’ll monitor reception, greet members and visitors, and support them through their meetings and use of facilities.
You’ll learn about members’ business needs and think about potential connections with other members at networking events. When a large client moves in, you’ll coordinate the move‑in details with the reception team, ensuring the welcome kit, badges and keys are ready for handover.
During lunchtime you may conduct centre tours for prospective members and explain the benefits of Regus membership. In the afternoon you’ll host a monthly operations meeting for Community Managers with the regional Operations Manager, then wrap up with a final walkaround to check member satisfaction.
