Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Devizes
Hourly Rate: £12.55 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am - 3pm, Friday 7am - 2.30pm
About the role
We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join us our Devizes depot, where you will lead your team to keep several local grounds in wonderful condition. Responsibilities will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more.

Requirements
* Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including with ride on mowers.
* Previous supervisory/team leadership experience in a relevant industry would be highly beneficial.
* A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential – ability to tow trailers would be desirable.
* PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
* Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
