They operate in a fast-paced, multilingual, and commercially dynamic environment. Job Description They are currently seeking to hire an Italian speaking Buyer to join their growing international team. In this role, you will manage product enquiries and orders from clients, liaise with global suppliers, and ensure the efficient procurement and delivery of goods. Job Responsibilities of the Italian speaking Buyer Research and engage with new and existing Italian speaking business customers - understand their requirements Source and compare pricing from multiple suppliers to match the customer enquiry Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery agreements. Prepare and issue quotations to customers. Place and manage purchase orders. Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain delivery and quality standards. Carry out Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks. Post sales support Candidate Profile Fluent in Italian is essential Strong administrative skills and experience working with customers. Previous buying or purchasing experience is an advantage, though not essential. Background in logistics or shipping is a plus.Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Must have your own transport required to travel to the office is essential! Must have full right to live and work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available. Salary, Benefits & Working Hours £30,000 – £35,000 per annum 10% bonus and benefits - up to c£40,000 including bonus. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 (37.5 hours/week).
