Job Description
We seek a strategic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead UK/ROW recruitment efforts. This role will build and oversee a high-performing team and lead innovative talent strategies that fuel organisational success. As the leader of the UK/ROW talent acquisition strategy, you will shape our hiring approach, champion inclusive hiring practices, and set a new standard for attracting top talent.
Working with our most senior stakeholders, you’ll create thoughtful talent acquisition strategies that solve complex challenges and support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Build and own the UK/ROW talent acquisition strategy, aligning with the global strategy and creating initiatives to support organisational goals.
* Team Leadership and Development: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across UK/ROW, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
* Senior Appointments: Focus on direct sourcing for executive and senior roles, ensuring high-calibre candidates are engaged.
* Innovation and Improvement: Implement cutting-edge recruitment practices, leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance effectiveness.
* Inclusive Hiring: Lead efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline, embedding inclusive practices and monitoring diversity metrics.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Influence senior leaders, aligning strategies with business priorities, and collaborate globally for a unified candidate experience.
* Operational Excellence: Manage the UK/ROW recruitment budget, oversee suppliers, and lead projects to enhance Beazley's employer brand.
* Regulatory & Compliance: Stay updated on legal changes across UK/ROW and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Skills & Experience
* Proven Leadership in managing in-house talent acquisition teams across multiple locations.
* Expertise in recruiting for executive and senior roles, especially within insurance, professional, or financial services.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong data-driven approach with experience in leveraging recruitment metrics.
* Leadership in complex initiatives, setting new standards for candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Experience in navigating legal and regulatory environments, with change management skills.
* Ability to build cross-functional partnerships across geographies.
