Interim HR Assistant
Our client and leading law firm is seeking an interim HR Assistant on an initial 4-week assignment in their London office.
* Salary to £40,000
* 09:30-17:30 working hours
* Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Interim HR Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Head of HR, predominantly working across the Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems areas
* Carry out data analysis, support annual employee salary and bonus review, advise on policy queries, liaise with third party provider and support benchmarking surveys
* Support the wider HR team with general administration
Interim HR Assistant Skills & Requirements:
* Must be either immediately available or available on a short notice period
* Advanced Excel skills e.g. competent with VLookups, Pivot tables etc. is essential
* Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Reward & Benefit experience desirable but not essential
