You have * Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting * Knowledge of substance misuse, mental health, welfare benefits, homelessness * Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support * The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach * Leicester substance misuse service - Supporting individuals with substance misuse issues, housing related support and mental health.
