With a secured pipeline of work through to 2030, you will be joining a business at the forefront of the MEP building services engineering industry. This role is ideal for a confident and commercially aware Mechanical Project Manager, keen to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to completion.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E building services.
* Track record delivering fast paced mechanical building services projects.
* A strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and delivery.
* The ability to manage MEP subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively.
* Commercial awareness and experience working alongside commercial teams.
