Circuit Medical Consulting is expanding and recruiting for permanent and contract Medical Affairs Consultants at senior and junior levels.
We work with some of the biggest names in the biopharmaceutical industry as well as emerging companies.

What you will be working on:
You will work as part of a team on various transformation and operational projects, including Medical Affairs setup, strategy, evidence generation, study planning, customer strategies, and AI integration into workflows. Your specific role will depend on your experience, preferences, and project needs.
What we are looking for:
Senior Consultants:
* Extensive experience and a strong track record across Medical Affairs areas such as strategy, evidence generation, scientific communications, and external engagement.
* Proven leadership in organizational transformation.
* Experience managing interactions with C-suite executives.
* Ability to transform ambiguity into workable solutions and execute agilely.
* Active engagement in research and thought leadership to shape the future of Medical Affairs.
Junior Consultants:
* At least two years of Medical Affairs experience with significant achievements impacting patient care or organizational goals.
* Curious mindset and a desire to innovate beyond the status quo.
* Ability to manage organizational dynamics and work with cross-functional teams.
* Proven project management skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to turn ambiguity into solutions for clients.
* Experience with AI platforms and understanding how AI can enhance project delivery.
All Consultants:
* Focus on delivery, self-motivated, and innovative.
* Understanding of Medical Affairs' value across the drug development cycle.
* Resilient, tenacious, optimistic, and realistic.
* Collaborative team player with quick analytical skills and risk management capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Comfortable working with AI products and understanding their application.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver sustainable improvements.
* Advanced health or life sciences degree (MD, PharmD, BPharm, MSc, BSc); healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential.
