The Role
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:
* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to improve engagement and behaviour
* Assist teachers in delivering inclusive lessons
* Help implement behaviour and intervention strategies
* Gain exposure to SEN (Special Educational Needs), safeguarding, and pastoral care
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field
* Is considering a career in educational psychology, teaching, counselling, or therapy
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Experience with young people is desirable but not essential
