Duties
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
* Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
* Implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
* Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members' skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
* Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
* Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising and presentation.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
* Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Administrative experience with proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
