Description
The Job is located in Wrexham and Queensferry and support homeless men and women aged 18+ with complex needs. The service provides residential support designed to meet individual needs, promote independence, and lead to sustainable move-on. The projects are funded through the Supporting People Programme Grant and are required to meet the Welsh Government’s National Outcomes Framework. The Framework’s four main aims are:

Promoting Health and Wellbeing
Purpose of the Role
To provide a proactive presence across the projects during both day and night shifts, promoting a safe, quiet, and supportive environment for residents and visitors. The role involves responding to disturbances, emergencies, and other housing management functions in line with procedures, while offering ad-hoc support to residents as required. You will also assist with lone working arrangements and the coordination of out-of-hours resources, working as part of a wider support team.
The Candidate:
* Be patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenging behaviours
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
