We’re looking for organised, enthusiastic Fulfilment Assistants to join our in-house fulfilment team in Lymington for the busy Christmas period. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched perfectly — helping gifts arrive on time and keeping the Christmas magic alive.
The Role
As a Fulfilment Assistant, you’ll:
* Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
* Handle physical stock items such as bottles of Champagne and gift vouchers
* Pack items into beautiful, branded boxes and envelopes ready for dispatch
* Maintain high standards of presentation, accuracy, and organisation
* Work as part of a small, supportive team to meet daily deadlines
* Keep work areas tidy and follow safe working practices
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, organised, and quality-focused
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
* Previous fulfilment or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential
* Must be 18 or over (due to handling alcohol)
This temporary role runs from mid-November until Monday 23rd December. You’ll need to be available every Monday during this period, with additional shifts available throughout the week. We offer flexible part-time hours, ideally mornings — whether that’s one day a week or a few days a week, we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
