We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you'll do:
* Maintain high contract management standards with client and supply chain using efficient processes.
* Manage Anglian Water project governance by handling change, risk, and opportunities.
* Foster positive supply chain relationships through incentivized performance and clear contracts.
* Report monthly on expenditure, risk, opportunities, and TOTEX performance per project.
* Support construction teams to meet delivery milestones safely and efficiently.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Experienced managing large commercial teams delivering projects over £50m annually for a Principal Contractor.
* In-depth knowledge of commercial and financial processes and systems, preferably in contracting and construction.
* Expert in managing NEC3, PSC, and ECC contracts with clients and supply chains, focusing on Option C.
