We're looking for a Artwork Coordinator (non-design role) to support our artwork process from briefing to print, making sure every panel, banner, and graphic looks as good in real life as it does on screen. You won't be designing — but your role will be vital in keeping our projects sharp, accurate, and on-brand.

What You'll Be Doing
* Checking and preparing client-supplied artwork for print or production
* Managing graphic specs across multiple exhibition stands and formats
* Liaising with designers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
* Flagging inconsistencies or issues (e.g. resolution, bleed, colour profiles)
* Keeping internal artwork tracking systems up to date
* Supporting with signage layouts, scale checks, and output lists
* Coordinating artwork approvals and amends in a fast-paced environment
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
* Have an sharp eye for accuracy and love getting the details right
* Are confident working with file types (PDF, AI, EPS, etc.) or willing to learn
* Have experience working on a Mac with photoshop, illustrator and in-design
* Enjoy working with both creative and technical teams
* Have experience in artwork checking, production, or print (preferred but not essential)
* Can juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
* Have great communication and time management skills
