What you’ll be doing:
The role requires field sales experience in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioning considered highly beneficial. The successful candidate should be capable of both generating new business and managing or expanding existing accounts. You should be able to work on your own initiative while also collaborating effectively with others. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities
* Visiting customer sites to understand requirements and propose solutions
* Preparing designs and producing accurate quotations with the assistance of the Senior Project Manager
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintaining strong organisation to manage communications and follow-ups
* Thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in the Air Conditioning sales sector (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Industry experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
