Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general maintenance and repairs in and around the care home
* Fix plumbing issues, electrical faults, and general DIY tasks
* Ensure all safety regulations are followed and home remain in good condition
* Maintain a proactive approach to any repairs or improvements that arise
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in general maintenance or a handy person role
* A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
* Ability to manage a range of maintenance tasks and repairs
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
