JP Healthcare Recruitment are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for an 18 bedroomed Nursing Home in Waterlooville, Hampshire. To work 42 hours per week with 2 shifts per week working on the floor as required, some weekend working with some flexibility around night checks etc and on call duties.
If you are a highly clinical nurse and able to use this knowledge to enrich residents and support the team, then this is the job for you.
The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with the right attitude, skills and knowledge deliver outstanding nursing care and will deliver exceptionally high standards to ensure a quality care experience for service users.
Requirements
· Be a Registered Nurse with a current PIN
· You will be forward thinking, dynamic and keen for a challenge
· Clinical Leadership
· Lead and facilitate change, enthusiasm to make a positive difference
· Support Registered Manager in managing staff and unit
· Strong IT skills as digital care planning in place
Main Duties
. On Call
. Mixture of clinical and non-clinical shifts
· Assessing, monitoring, and evaluating the needs of the residents
· Manage and supervise the nursing and care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
· Ensure compliance in relation to CQC and all areas of regulation
· Comply with all policies and procedures
