Senior Product Analyst - NLP and Semantic Analysis

Based in London, Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week, £110000 to £125000

This is a high impact opportunity to work at the intersection of product, data, and AI. You will take ownership of complex, unstructured data challenges and play a key role in shaping how AI driven products evolve through insight led decision making.

They are an AI native product organisation building assistant led experiences powered by large scale conversational data. Analytics is central to how they design and improve products, with close collaboration between product, data, and engineering. The team is investing in new capabilities to better understand user interactions with AI and to drive product innovation at scale.

The Role

• Lead analysis of large scale text and conversation datasets to deliver actionable insights
• Apply semantic analysis and NLP techniques to understand user behaviour and product performance
• Partner closely with product teams to influence roadmap decisions and strategy
• Build scalable analytics solutions and data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Own end to end analytical work from exploration through to stakeholder communication
• Work across multiple product areas as a central analytical voice
• Identify patterns and opportunities within unstructured and ambiguous data environments

Your Skills and Experience

Must have

• Strong commercial experience working with large scale unstructured data, including text or conversation datasets
• Hands on experience applying semantic analysis or NLP in a product focused environment
• Advanced Python and SQL skills for building scalable analysis and data pipelines
• Proven ability to translate data insights into product decisions and measurable impact
• Experience partnering closely with product teams in a collaborative setting
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and extracting insights from complex data

Nice to have

• Experience in AI first or assistant led product environments
• Exposure to dbt or modern analytics engineering workflows
• Experience working with messaging, chat, or user interaction platforms
