* Salary:£24,188 per annum
* Location:Guildford
* Working Pattern:5 out of 7 days, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet learner needs
* Contract:Full-time, permanent

About the Role
As aTrainer, you’lldeliver a variety of courses to diverse groups, ensuringhigh standards of teaching and assessment. From CPR techniques to mental health awareness, you’llempower learners with essential skillswhile contributing to the organisation’slife-saving mission.
You’llmanage your own schedule,travel to training locations, and beresponsible for setting up engaging, professional sessions. Withsupport from a dedicated team, you’ll maintain compliance with awarding body standards andcontribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and assess workplace training coursessuch as First Aid at Work and Mental Health Awareness.
* Set up training venues, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready.
* Conduct dynamicrisk assessmentsat venues and act as adesignated first aider and fire marshal.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your subject area through professional development.
* Promote the organisation’s products and services to learners.
* Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
Skills / Experience Required
* Essential qualifications:
o Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent, plus a valid course-specific qualification (e.g., First Aid at Work, IOSH).
* Experience:
o Delivering first aid and/or health and safety courses to adults.
* Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
* Other:
o Physically able to perform CPR on a manikin on the floor.
o Confident using Microsoft applications and digital tools for course administration.
o A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to training venues.
