Female Support Worker Pay rate: £ 14.50 per hour Shift pattern: 2 A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest We are looking for caring, reliable and confident FemaleSupport Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Portland, Dorset .This person has complex clinical needs, autism, epilepsy, a communication disorder and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
