Salary: Starting from £25,100, rising to £26,093 pro rata (inclusive of a market supplement to ensure the annual pay rate aligns with our commitment as a voluntary living wage employer).

We are seeking passionate and ambitious Early Years Practitioners to join our team to ensure the successful running of the nursery. Our campus offers a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop to their full potential. Responsibilities
* Play a key role in assisting the team in providing high-quality childcare and education appropriate to the age and stage of development of the children.
* Work to maintain a safe, secure and caring environment.
* Complete tasks in line with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Maintain children's records and carry out assessments, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented in the Nursery.
* Plan and provide safe, appropriate, child-led and adult-initiated experiences, activities, and play opportunities indoor, outdoor and in out-of-setting contexts.
* Support the Room Leader, acting as a role model in supervising and monitoring Nursery Assistants, casual workers, students, and volunteers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Good team player with sound communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum with the ability to support the development of our children.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or above.
* Experience observing, assessing, and planning as a key person.
* Ability to produce written documentation to support the progress of individual children, being sensitive to their needs.
