Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely service delivery.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Skills
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations including serving, food production, and kitchen management.
* Previous supervising experience is essential for guiding team performance.
* Familiarity with barista duties is beneficial for establishments offering coffee services.
