Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Manage correspondence, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
* Support clerical functions such as typing documents, photocopying, and scanning
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential for success in this role
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
* Typing proficiency with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* A background in clerical work will be beneficial
