We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our exceptionally supportive and passionate team on a maternity contract.We would welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
Drama at St John’s is a high performing subject at all key stages.Successful applicants will have a clear focus on raising the achievements of all students. You should ideally be able to teach Drama at GCSE level or BTEC Tech Award Performing Arts at Level 2.in a vibrant and supportive environment. You will join a department which has celebrated many years of exam success and prides itself on expecting the very highest standards of achievement from its students whilst nurturing and supporting all.
The Academy grounds are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, boasting views of Marlborough and the surrounding Wiltshire Downs. The Academy has exceptional facilities in a state-of-the-art teaching environment, and we are a school that specializes in evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
