Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients and investors?We’re looking for an investment banking Associate to:develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goalsgenerate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forwardidentify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investorscreate and analyze financial models for financing transactionsassess and analyze credit risk as the 1st line of defenseprepare materials and present recommendations to credit committeeassist in syndicating underwritten financing to investors, which requires deep understanding of credit riskmanage and support the development of junior investmentYour teamYou’ll be working in the Leverage Finance team in London. Our team is responsible for originating, underwriting and syndicating debt transactions for corporate and sponsor clients as well as working with internal partners in credit risk control in assessing risk positions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including assessment of capital structure alternatives and financing options.Your expertisegood understanding and hands-on exposure to assessing credit riskideally you have experience working within credit risk control or leverage finance in investment bankingbachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldsolid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quicklyability to partner with other groups across the bankAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
