Role: Marketing Analyst

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our end-to-end customer journeys and demand generation programs.
• Translate customer journey insights into actionable content plans that guide customers through each stage of the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to curate, source, and refine a variety of assets, including blogs, videos, case studies, white papers, eBooks, infographics, and more.
• Partner with channel leads to determine content placement and promotion strategies across digital ecosystems.
• Use data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness, inform optimization, and scale high-performing content.
• Understanding of the generative AI landscape and identifying opportunities to use AI in the content strategy and content production disciplines to unlock breakthrough scale.
• Conduct content audits and oversee publishing within content management and project management systems.
• Manage content localization efforts to ensure consistent global messaging.
• Contribute to content budget planning, maintaining forecasts and tracking within 2% of allocated spend.
