Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial locations. The engineer will carry out building maintenance activities pertaining to cooling and ventilation systems, perform diagnostics for equipment faults, and adhere to safety and efficiency standards. The candidate will also work collaboratively with clients and other team members to ensure timely project completion and optimal system performance.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
* Experience in building maintenance, building services, and related fields
* Knowledge of facility management (FM) processes and procedures
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with air conditioning systems
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in HVAC or a related field are beneficial
* Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards
