Job Profile
We are seeking a Dynamics Support Analyst to join our IT and Business Systems Operational team. You will support and maintain key business applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and F&SCM, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support for users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to third-party vendors.
* Manage support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and user queries are resolved efficiently.
* Perform system administration, data management, and security maintenance.
* Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments, ensuring successful adoption of new features.
* Document support processes, create user guides, and deliver training to business users.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and drive process improvements.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in IT application support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line).
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM & F&SCM.
* Familiarity with SQL, databases, and software development lifecycle.
* Experience working with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
* Ability to manage multiple system upgrades and deployments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
