About the Role: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, fostering both academic progress and personal development. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and deliver differentiated learning activities. Promote the development of essential skills, self-confidence, and independence in pupils. Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies as needed. Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will: Prior experience supporting children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is advantageous but not essential. A patient, empathetic, and genuinely committed approach to helping young learners thrive. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
