Our valued client is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to support a high-performing, cross-functional squads in applying agile principles and frameworks.
This is a fully remote position.
Tasks include:
1. Guide the squad in applying agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with customer and business priorities.
2. Ensure that the team maintains a clear line of sight to customer needs and outcomes, facilitating prioritization and decision-making that maximizes value delivery.
3. Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning. Remove impediments, support team health, and help build sustainable delivery practices.
4. Act as a bridge between the squad and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of goals, progress, and risks.
5. Use data-driven insights to support team retrospectives, track delivery performance, and identify opportunities for improvement in both process and outcomes.
Must have:
6. Eligible for reliability clearance
7. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.
8. 5 years’ experience supporting application operations using technology ticketing systems (i.e. Cherwell, SNOW)
9. Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile principles, the Scrum Framework and Kanban.
10. Must have delivered at least 3 medium to large size Digital or Technology projects.
Nice to have:
11. Project Manager / Scrum Master certification (e.g., DASM, DASSM, PSM, PMP)
12. Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
13. Knowledge of Planview Portfolios
14. Bilingual (English/French)
