Are you a dynamic person looking for a psychology post that will provide you with new opportunities and experience? Do you have significant experience working in mental health services and providing evidence-based interventions to people with various mental health problems and serious mental illness?

This is a unique opportunity to join the Psychology Service within our Primary Care-based Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, an ambitious service established over the past 2 years. We're passionate about offering the right psychological support early on, and in this role, you'll ensure our patients can access this care at the point of need.

You will be employed by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust but embedded within a group of GP practices (Primary Care Network), focusing on supporting local patients living in Coventry by providing care at the point of need. You will work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and within an established Primary Care Psychology Service integrated within this MDT.

This is a patient-facing post, so you will have a meaningful impact on improving access, experience, and outcomes for service users through early psychology assessments, formulations, brief psychological interventions, and consultations in a recovery-focused manner. We believe placing specialist Psychology staff in GP practices helps people with mental health problems achieve the best outcomes.

This clinical role offers development opportunities, including supporting junior psychology team members, communicating with clinical directors, GPs, and practice colleagues, and supporting the Psychology Leads in operational and clinical management of mental health service delivery.

You will also contribute to delivering and co-developing the primary care mental health service model, including care pathways for integrated mental health care within Primary Care Networks and Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

At Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT), we deliver a wide range of physical, mental health, learning disability, and autism services, serving communities across Coventry, Warwickshire, and beyond.

We put 'people at our heart'; this ethos is central to our work. We care for our staff and colleagues and offer a wide range of benefits and development opportunities, including:

* Generous annual leave entitlement, increasing over time
* Excellent learning and development opportunities, including apprenticeships, distance learning, internal training, coaching, and mentoring
* Salary sacrifice schemes for lease cars, Cycle to Work, home electronics, gym memberships, and more
* Discounts with retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues through our Employee Assistance Programme and NHS discounts
* Wellbeing support, including in-house counselling and external helplines
* Staff networks and support groups

We're always seeking individuals who share our passion for improving community wellbeing and embody our values of compassion, collaboration, excellence, integrity, and respect.
