Sales Administrator - Temporary Contract

Role Responsibilities:
Assisting the sales team by processing and managing orders from customers.
Handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, and by email.
Actively participating in sales meetings, providing support and input as required.
Generating sales reports.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintaining accurate records of customer information and order details.
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or disputes efficiently.Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Benefits:
