Purpose
Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are currently in the process of moving from pre‑commercial into launch and we are seeking an experienced product & brand marketing manager to help lead us through this process. Phases 2–5 of the GTM plan require a full‑stack marketer who can translate our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into scroll‑stopping creative, performance‑driven campaigns and retail‑ready collateral.
Core Functions & Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth
* Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimisation.
* Own paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet CAC and ROAS goals.
* Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service to ensure smooth fulfilment and support.
2. Brand & Content Development
* Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels (tone, visuals, guidelines).
3. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
* Build automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
* Run A/B tests to optimise subject lines, offers, and onsite conversions.
4. Influencer & Community Engagement
* Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
* Moderate and grow online community (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
* Identify and execute brand-aligned co-marketing partnerships.
5. Insights & Analytics
* Conduct pre/post-launch surveys and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Track marketing performance (CAC, LTV, MER, unit economics) and provide regular reporting.
6. Retail & Compliance Support
* Prepare trade marketing materials for retail buyers (decks, POS, sell sheets).
* Ensure marketing materials are compliant with UK/EU supplement regulations.
Experience & Skills Profile
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree minimum 2:1 in business or marketing
* 3–5 yrs in FMCG, wellness or DTC start-up marketing
* End‑to‑end physical product launch ownership – Experiential event planning & execution
* Shopify, CRM and Meta Ads Manager proficiency – TikTok Ads & Spark partnerships
Desirable
* Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently
* Proven lifecycle/email automation build & CRO testing
* Data‑driven mind set, strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision making
* Agile/Scrum or Gantt project‑management tools
