Salary: £15.25 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week (Days) 30 hours on the floor and 8 off Driving: Essential for community activities Contract: Permanent, full time or part time As a Team Leader at SDR, you’ll play a key role in a brand-new service, helping to shape and lead care from the ground up. You’ll oversee the support of a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour, ensuring their transition into their new home is smooth, safe, and empowering. This is more than a support role – as a Team Leader, you’ll mentor and guide your team, promote best practice, and make sure daily routines, activities, and community experiences are consistent, positive, and person-centred. Your leadership will set the tone for the service, helping your team deliver exceptional care.
