Job Information To deliver an effective, systematic customer service and prompt administration support function within the service and parts department. Role & Responsibility Service support: Completing order paperwork for relevant machines Providing administrative service to the service department Deal with all administration for parts Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated contact Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints Warranty administration including reports on a weekly basis Point of contact for warranty issues Deal with any queries with carriage company Distribute and file documentation in relevant sections Liaise with service and parts department Meet order and delivery supply deadlines Maintain high standards of professional conduct in relationships with suppliers Exploit the global service network Maintain consistent knowledge of information updates available to dealers Receive external telephone calls, ensuring all calls and messages are transferred to the appropriate recipient in a timely manner.
