Role Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Success Specialist to support the clinical implementation and day-to-day success of our AI-powered solutions in radiotherapy departments. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver product training, coordinate onboarding, and provide ongoing clinical support.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring that our customers receive timely, expert guidance and that they derive maximum value from MVision AI solutions. We are looking for a confident and professional individual to become an integral part of our customer success team. You will show strong initiative and demonstrate excellent work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of live product presentations and clinical demonstrations.
* Assist in onboarding new customers and delivering high-quality training.
* Provide responsive and knowledgeable customer support, including troubleshooting and user guidance.
* Maintain close communication with clinical users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
* Help coordinate product installations and rollout activities.
* Contribute to the creation and updating of clinical documentation and training materials.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
* Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure materials remain up to date and relevant to customers and prospects.
* Represent MVision AI at events, webinars, and on-site customer visits when needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or a related clinical field.
* Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows, especially contouring and planning.
* Familiarity with treatment planning systems and CT simulation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in a clinical or applications support role is an advantage.
* Good use of IT knowledge and skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and events.
