What the Job Involves The role requires leading and managing the strategy and internal governance for the delivery of facilities management across the Council and its partners. You will oversee the strategic overview of FM operations, including energy-related works and lifecycle repairs, to achieve net carbon zero efficiencies. Responsibilities include formulating plans for property asset management, presenting information to Members and Officers, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing contracts with service providers to deliver FM functions effectively.
