Lead Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London £52,000 We're currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer based in the City of London! Our client is offering the right candidate the chance to lead a team of M&E Engineers, receive high voltage training and to work on a high end commercial site! This is a stand out role if you're looking to join a well renowned building service provider. As a Lead Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, fault find / troubleshoot, diagnose faults, maintain mechanical systems, lead a team of engineers, liaise with the Account Manager and respond to client needs. Lead Engineer Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Statutory Compliance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Lead Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 and regulations) At least 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial building maintenance Strong M&E system experience Strong communication skills Ability to lead a team Salary and Package: £52,000 per annum High voltage training provided 20 days annual leave Private healthcare provided Company pension scheme Internal progression Overtime on site Additional training If you're interested in this Lead Engineer role, apply today!
