The Role
You’ll oversee the evening operation across the resort, ensuring families enjoying their short breaks have a smooth, high-quality experience.
Typical shifts are 2pm – 10pm, covering our busiest and most exciting time of day.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the full evening F&B operation across the resort.
* Leading and supporting chefs, bar teams, and front-of-house crew.
* Working closely with the entertainment and commercial teams.
* Ensuring excellent guest experience for families across all venues.
* Managing service standards, staffing levels, and smooth delivery.
* Supporting with problem-solving and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or leisure environments.
* A confident leader who can manage multiple teams and departments.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
* A hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
