We are excited to offer a new Team Manager role within the West Place Physical Disabilities/Older People Team, based at Priory House in Kings Lynn. This temporary post has been created to strengthen our management capacity as we continue developing and embedding Community Led Support (CLS) across West Place. This is a unique opportunity to join us at a key moment of transformation. You will work closely with existing managers to support day to day leadership, drive improvement work, and champion strengths based, community-focused practice. One of your first major responsibilities will be to establish and lead a new, small team of agency staff brought in to support West place in reducing their current holding list. Setting up the agency team from the ground up, including recruitment Providing direct line management, supervision and day to day support Coordinating the team’s work to ensure measurable progress on holding list reduction Embedding a positive, high performing team culture from the outset Beyond This Initial Project, You Will Support the ongoing development and embedding of Community Led Support Help create a confident, learning focused environment across the service Strengthen relationships with local partners, voluntary groups and communities Contribute to shaping local practice and exploring innovative approaches to support adults We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Energised by improvement and new ways of working Skilled in people leadership, coaching and developing others Confident with recruitment and building effective teams Experienced within adult social care, community-based support or integrated care A strong communicator who can bring people together and drive positive change Passionate about strengths based, community led practice Whether you’re an experienced manager or someone ready to step up, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and lead meaningful work.
