ABOUT THE JOB
* Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team whilst embracing change and rising to the challenges that this role brings.
* You’ll support and develop your team to be proactive, investigate and resolve questions or complaints; if issues arise, you’ll confidently step in and take ownership.
* You’ll assist the Retail Manager with recruiting and retaining top talent while sharing a positive work environment.
* You’ll work as part of the management team, using customer feedback and insights to identify trends, challenge existing practices, and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow the business.
* As technology evolves, so does TUI. You’ll be provided with the best tools, and your personality and experience will support coaching, developing, and performance managing your team while setting high standards to drive engagement.
* Operate within company guidelines to ensure the store achieves operational excellence.
* Drive your team to exceed sales and service objectives, often referred to as ‘Smashing your Targets’ in Retail.

* A confident, fun motivator with the drive to exceed targets and overcome challenges.
* Skilled in coaching, developing, and performance managing a team to retain talent.

* Confident in balancing accounts, complying with company policies, and supporting the management of all store aspects.
* Flexible to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with customer demand. Shift patterns are usually shared four weeks in advance.
