Key Responsibilities: * Lead projects from tender stage through to completion. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project budgets. * Ensure compliance with UK HSE standards. * Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements: * 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing a variety of complex construction projects. * Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and ideally MCIOB or MRICS.
