What you’ll be doing
•Assist in developing and optimising HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Support the identification of improvement opportunities and help drive initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance the colleague experience.
•Work closely with HR leaders, business units, and other stakeholders to understand needs, align HR processes with organisational goals, and implement recommendations.
•Assist in assessing and mitigating risks related to HR processes and controls.
•Provide support and training to HR staff on new processes and controls.
•Help establish testing, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and controls.
•Participate in planning, execution, documentation, and monitoring of project and programme activities.
•Support Process Design & Improvement professionals, enhancing team capabilities and contributing to a centre of excellence for continuous improvement.
The skills you'll need to succeed
•Experience in HR process design, controls, and continuous improvement, with practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
•Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proven ability to support and manage projects.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience with HR software and systems (ServiceNow HRSD is a plus).
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
